You can simply upgrade. But word of advice. After the upgrade is complete, as I said, create a system disk. On a blank DVD, of course. It was the first thing I did after the process was complete. There is this file afterwards, containing all the necessary data. Since it's 6 months by now and I don't need it anymore, I have long forgotten how the disk creation process works. But it was a few easy steps to create a disk image that could be burned to serve as a system disk. Google it, there are tons of information on how it works.
