When I went to HS in TX, they even lost their shit just because I wore all black, and they thought that might be satanist. I can't imagine what they'd done if I had actually told them so.

You see - that's because your parents didn't love you enough to give you an education.

Is this supposed to be some new trolling technique? Are we supposed to shudder at the mere thought of being compared to satanists? Because - personally - I couldn't give a toss...

From a belief point of view - Christianity and Manson Family are the same. Bunch of idiots committing atrocities in the name of a hippie lunatic, believing he's a god. So go, pray to Charlie, or whatever gives you that lovely warm feeling of being someone's b**ch...

I think we all learnt something today.

I learnt about Christianity and pencil sharpeners, and how they are the same thing.

I think it is awesome when the Satanists go out and parody religion by simply invoking the same rights Christians want, to prove a point. It could be considered childish, but it's legitimate nonetheless. No one gets to say it's "not a real religion". And since christianity often uses very childish, dishonest tactics, a childish but honest approach seems a reasonable counter. They need reminding that "religion" and "christianity" are not one and the same thing.

"Lack of belief in god(s)" still requires you to believe something. It's still a belief.

No it doesn't/isn't. What you're saying is demonstrably absurd.

In fact, show me how lacking a belief in something requires you to believe. Show us all the thought process there, because to me that's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen posted on the Internet.

Ok, here's one.

There is no philosophy for atheism.

Your question has been answered, several times, and your point made moot.

This is most pretentious pile of dogshit I've read this side of r/atheism.

Lol.

What rob stated there is common knowledge. Hmm, I think you're an idiot.

You have found what you were looking for. So determined to get your preconceptions confirmed that you neglected to switch your brain on. Well, that happens...

You might as well have. Shame you don't have the courage to openly admit to your particular denomination of stupid.

Here's a question: what kind of answer would you have accepted from us? We told you what we think we know about LV Satanism, but you do not believe anything we say out of principle. Did you notice that?
