Why do they shoot random police officers? If they are mad about this then why don't they go after the cops that actually unjustly killed people?

Why don't the cops go after the specific black guys who committed crimes, instead of shooting them in the chest because. . . you know. . . black guys are dangerous?

The cops clearly have an anti-black, anti-peace culture.  They're taught to protect themselves first, before citizens. . . to fire just in case they might be fired on.  So let me ask you this-- if the majority of cops are good, then why isn't the cop culture good?

Here's a suggestion for improvement...the police should kill people less often.  We should pay more, expect more, and demand more accountability.  Maybe they should be heavily up-armored and de-armed.  Maybe we should decriminalize those victimless things which account for the large majority of risks both to officers and the people they shoot?

This is a very good start, and more diplomatic than what I'm thinking.

My suggestion is to criminalize crimes done by cops.  It's not so much that some cops have killed innocent black guys that has everyone steamed.  It's that these fuckers consistently walk away almost entirely unpunished. . . time and time and time again, we see video of clear misconduct-- manslaughter at least, and probably murder.  And off they go to live their lives.

I can't understand how EVERY member of these victims' families, and every friend they have who can get their hands on a gun, don't take justice into their own hands.  I'm not black, but ask me what would happen if a cop shot my kid right in front of me for a traffic violation, for carrying a toy gun, or whatever.  I'd burn down the  world if I could, and only my own death would ever bring an end to it.

I think American cops are cowardly.  I'm pretty sure that the RCMP in Canada would never, EVER, fire on a target, unless they knew 100% that they were in absolute mortal danger.

I would care to wager some of them have been needlessly harassed by the police for no reason. In fact lets see what Richard Pryor, your first example, says about the subject:

This is a red herring. Do you deny that the vast majority of people killed by cops in the US are black? Do you deny that we have video footage of maybe a dozen killings in the past year alone, and that each and every one of the cops responsible walked away with a slap on the wrist?

Let me answer your request with another: how many cops are actually shot by black men each year? I mean, they're trained to shoot first, so there must be a real legitimate threat, right? For such a strong rule, I'd have to guess that hundreds or thousands of cops have been killed by black guys pulling guns out quick-draw style during traffic stops.

Oh wait. . . looks like that number is almost zero. Go figure.

Take the guns off the streets and then progress would happen. Take the guns away from the bloods, the crips, the Ayran nation, the mexican gangs, the yakuza and the Triads. Unfortunately, guns are big business in the United States and it would never happen in my lifetime simple because generations upon generations have grown up in a world where having a gun is like owning a bible and just as dangerous. If the change has to be made, it has to be in the next generation or so, where parents can actually educate their children in the dangers of having a gun, but since they educate them in a way that owning a gun is a necessity, that change will not be made soon. Guns needs to be wiped out just like religion.
