When's the last time you saw a female fighter with knockout power? You'd have to scour the Internet just to find another female KO. Personally, I think it would be a tough job to oversell Ronda. There's something different about her. She has the ability to recall any move in her vocabulary she needs in any situation, and execute it like she's in training. That Bethe was outclassed was a given, but I wouldn't call it disappointing to be able to say I saw Ronda fight.

I remember Ronda saying that she wouldn't end the fight too quickly with Bethe because she wanted to punish her.
It's always more fun to watch fighters like Conor McGregor fight TJ Dillashaw has really grabbed my attention,his diverse fighting is really cool.

To be fair, 34 seconds is a pretty long Ronda fight. haha

I enjoy a good brawl as well, but I also love to see somebody with the talent to execute what they've practiced flawlessly. It puts the emphasis on arts in Martial Arts.

Rousey is a bad ass chick. From the looks of things Miesha Tate is the only bantam weight even in her league, and Rhonda has beat her twice already. From what I've seen though she is not a skilled striker despite the fact that everyone is saying she has really upped her striking game and has ended two of her last three fights with strikes. Yes she knocked Bethe Correia out Saturday night. She has power, but from what I saw it looked to me like she was just flailing wildly and got it a lucky shot or three.

I sure would like to see her step up to 145 for that Chris Cyborg fight...

I wonder who would be the toughest challenge for Connor McGregor?

Watch the slow motion replay. In that wild exchange, she land two well placed liver punches, not just body shots, that dropped Bethe's guard, and a final brutal knee to the liver. This set up the pop to the temple. And at the base, her foot work never faltered.

It's funny, but the only thing that looked goofy was her hip-toss turned leg-sweep, but Bethe was so frazzled that it worked anyways. And when she got to her feet, you can tell she was already done for.

Also,it is almost funny how the fights between women are build up with so much hyper hype and the fight is usually disappointing,like Bethe vs Rousey

Well we'll see what happens if Rousey and Cyborg ever actually fight.

I soooo wanna see Rousey compete in the men's division. I don't know if she'd win or not. . . literally no idea. But I'd like to see her try.
