He said "they've all gone republican" which just is not true. Definitely not in Georgia at least. There are many many people who still identify as democrats even though they're actually republicans. They're referred to as Dixiecrats.

Jesus was against divorce because if a woman was divorced she wouldn't pass on to the next brother-in-law when her husband died. When women got married at that time they effectively married all of her husband's brothers.
