Yeah. I sorely miss Top Gear. Too bad Jeremy Clarkson had to haul off and punch a producer in the face.

The government wasn't going to regulate radium till there was a problem with it, hell, the government didn't much regulate anything back then. My dad bought dynamite at the hardware store to blow out tree stumps !!
And by the time it was proven (and then some) that radium was dangerous, it had been used in MANY products.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
