Yeah, those polka dots threw me off for a second.

Abaris, I took this yesterday morning on a walk at Fort Funston, on the coast in the Southwestern corner of San Francisco.
Forgive me if I already posted these which I took last Monday on Tomales Bay, north of San Francisco.

I have the same thing going on with my son, whose mother is Hispanic. He has my features and her complexion, but people focus on the latter.
Yep and my son looks exactly like a white version of my ex but people always say he looks like me just because our colors match haha.

So New Year's Eve was a blast for me.
I started out the night waiting for the womenfolk to get ready, but my friend and I opened a bottle of Jack Daniel's Sinatra, which is a $180 bottle of whiskey.
So fucking good. Smooth. Sinatra put Jack Daniels on the map, and they did his memory right.
We then all went to Winter Park, to a restaurant on Park Ave called Boca. They are farm to table, they grow their own lettuce on the wall. It was all very latent hipster, but it was a blast. I had Tuna Tartare, an arugula and roasted grape with goat cheese flatbread, and some fresh mussels in white wine. Great food, great people.
After that, we went to a place near where I went to high school called Graffiti Junktion. It was dead. Ghost town. Not good for them. Plus, while we were there, the DJ used a smoke machine and set off the fire alarm, which proceeded to go off for 30 minutes. We left and did NY's at my friend Anne's house.
All in all, awesome night.

I love it, when I make a new furry aquaintance on the streets or at some restaurant. Sadly I can't provide for an own furry friend right now. So I have to settle for that.

It really was a blast. I was good and stopped drinking at like 11, so things were nice this morning. I always love spending time with my best friends, and it's almost good that I live 700 miles away, 'cause when we get together, shit gets 'spensive...
