Of course I have, to both questions!  But committing a rape is more than someone just acting like an idiot.  My point is, you blame the man, not the booze.  Plenty of men get drunk and they don't rape anyone.
I agree I have been drunk plenty of times and I have never raped anybody. The person who did the raping is to blame of course, I can't even believe this is up for debate.

I don't know if anyone is debating whether the rapist is to blame. I believe the denbate is more about whether the woman should take some responsibility for her own actions or not.

I don't think that's how she's describing the situation.  She said she kissed him way before the shower, the rape took place before they even got in they even got into the actual shower from what I can gather, he ripped her clothes off when she entered the bathroom.  She doesn't mention any kissing taking place for the duration of them being in the bathroom.

I've been trying to make my point clear, but apparently it's not coming across. What do you think she could do so this doesn't happen agains with another guy?
