WalMart spying on it's workers

It's been known for a while. They've always been against unions.
Spying on its employees? For what, to make sure they continue not doing their job?
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay." For context, this is the previous verse: "Hi Jesus" -robvalue
Corporate scumbags acting like scumbags. Who could have guessed?
Seems like just another typical day at Wally world.

But of all the corporate scumbags to suddenly show interest in what their employees are doing, I'd least suspect Walmart. I don't think I've ever seen people actively doing their job there, nor have I seen evidence that somebody recently did their job.

My ex- works at a Walmart as a department manager. She busts her ass, to the point of having stress-related illnesses. I don't know how often you shop at Walmart, but I have refused to do so since she told me exactly how they grind her down with demands for more work even as they begrudge every sick day that they themselves helped to bring on. Give me a TL: DR version. What exactly have they done that is considered 'dirty tactics'. Couldn't read through that convoluted article.
Seems logical -. Spy the poorest, weakest of your workers but completely ignore people who actually have any power over the corporation. Reminds of call centers my friends work in where most of the evaluation is directed towards despite the fact they are the least influential members on the corporation
