They maybe are just walking to there car as well, but it would considered natural if they qualify as that typical look of gang members or criminals. You then hurry along to your car lock the doors in a hurry to feel safe again right? Now, would you react to three guys in business suits walking behind you the same way? Probably not since you would not associate business suits with possibly being robbed in a parking lot. You would how ever associate the typical gang member or criminal look with trouble and want to avoid any problems. I know, this not a proper thread for this. I just wanted to state my point.
