They don't -need- to control him, POTUS is constrained by law and by the much greater power of just about everyone else around him. Ask our current prez about that. In the same vein...they don't -need- to create a narrative that he;s off the wall nuts - he is. Maybe he wouldn't be, in any other context..if he were a regular joe or not running for the highest elected office, but he isn't...and he is.
It's silly for them to manufacture a story when the truth will suffice....but you -are- talking about Newt Gingrich commenting for Faux...so........

In the US we have an establishment that controls large parts of the government, and the military industrial complex that continues president to president. Yes, there are laws, but they don't let people get to that position unless they have some dirt so they can be blackmailed. For Obama, its his homosexual past, which also applies to Rubio. Trump as mentioned by Gingrich who was a member of Bohemian Grove, mentions he's not controlled, he's not part of the secret society and hasn't gone through the initiations. Often they involve sexcapades which are recorded, and used as leverage to make them play along with the establishment goals.

I know it's crazy, but investigative reporters have uncovered a lot, about both of them, along with political insiders knowing it. Obama used to be a member of mans country when he was in Chicago. A lot of people got killed in the gay community to cover this up, but the gay community was surprised when he first ran in 2008. I'd post a link to mans country in chicago, but it's for adults only. Rubio used to attend all gay foam parties back in college in Florida. It doesn't matter to me what a persons sexuality is, but it's a common thing to be blackmailed with, and controlled with.
