Brian, it's not that bad a reason as you make it seem. It shines a light on his general personality. The woman you quoted said it's all the reason she needs. So she didn't feel the need to look any further than that obvious display of disrespect.

How is walking in front of a women "disrespect"? Sometimes you do some times you dont. Is there a law somewhere mandating who walks in front and who walks behind? Seems to me if where we find gender rolls is in right wing religion. 

I think that is really dumb to say there is a  correct order or should be one. I think it matters more how a couple treats each other, not who does what.

And it was pointed out in any case, that it is Secret Service protocol, so if Hillary were to be president, she'd come out first, does that mean she'd be "disrespecting" Bill? 

I've had women open doors for me and I have opened doors for women and men, it is simply being polite, doesn't mean there is a roll that mandates who does it.

I think women should be pissed at Trump's comments about Megan, not this.

Political candidates always make a show of being most respectful of their wifes. Trump not doing that probably triggers some clues hinting at his overall nature.

It does seem trivial in comparison to his other obvious flaws.... namely being a bigoted, ignorant, unqualified piece of shit.  But perhaps she merely saw one thing and that was sufficient?
