If they plan to indict her at all, I imagine they'll hold off until she's officially secured the nomination.

Even if she does get indicted there is the fact of highly sensitive data on a home mail server information mind you 
if leaked would have caused a lot issues. Depending on the data that is found even if she was to get the nomination 
it wouldn't matter that would look so bad on her part when actual voting starts. Now depending on how sensitive the data
is she could be in federal prison for having such data unsecured. So either or scenario she is in real big trouble.

Yeah, Bernie lost, but I wouldn't consider it wasting time. He's got an important message, and if Hillary does get indicted, he'll want to still be in the race.

Yeah also those states he lost in he actually made up those recently getting popular in them. The rate Hillary is going she is going to slip up

If congress blocks stuff that the people overwhelmingly want, and the president uses the media to drag the members through the mud, then they're going to have to play ball if they want to be reelected. This is how you get people to not be obstructionists in a democracy. It's what Obama should have done, in response to all these filibusters, but he didn't. get a president with some balls, and s/he can pass stuff that the country wants passed.
