Finding myself wondering what gives people the right to talk shit about someone else and when that someone else rightfully defends themselves, they get shit on. No matter what the situation, the offender doesn't get a free pass for being ignorant in the first place. And the offended doesn't have to accept it, nor should they. People shouldn't have to stay silent so that others can stay comfortable.

Oh, boy. You have no idea how often that happens.

It's about human nature. It's really frustrating when it happens to you, but I think it happens all the time and no other people notice other than the one being subjected to it.

I thought this thread was supposed to be for saying things we won't say to someone else. Seems kind of pointless and a bit passive aggressive if it's someone who actually reads the thread.

The whole thing is ridiculous. People can have differing opinions and disagreements and it doesn't mean there's a fight and it shouldn't affect a friendship IMO.

I for one don't need any passive bodyguards. I can take care of myself. Judi, I'm sorry I offended you I thought we were close enough that I could disagree with you without upsetting you.

Losty, I don't think people should stop saying stuff even though it might be directed at someone on the forums. That doesn't sound reasonable to me. If they want to say something, they should say it. And besides, you can never know if it's about you or if it's just a coincidence.

I didn't say anything to anyone else. I vented in this thread without calling anyone out or naming names. But I also know when passive aggressive posts are directed at me too. (Not from you, Losty, but please see another post on this page and one from a week or two ago). So if it's okay to call me out for that, then call out someone else because the only reason why I did it was because it was done to me. Twice now. I'm really getting sick of getting called out for doing the same shit that everyone else is doing in this fucking thread.

But I guess that's all okay, being as who the other person was that did it and all.

Popularity really does win out here sometimes.

Getting off here for a while. The tenseness is getting so thick I can cut it with a knife and I'm not letting my day get ruined because of a forum.

Well that's you're opinion. I don't care what people say here or why or about whom. My opinion is that it's silly to pretend it's some obscure thing when we all actually know what it's about and I'm not going to do that.
