Looks yummy cept for one thing, I don't like salmon. Throw some mako or black tip on and I'll be right over.

I know what you mean, growing up in Alaska we ate mostly salmon (and moose  ) and it really wasn't my favorite, it totally depends on how you cook it.
The only way I like it is grilled, basted with a sauce made with butter, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. The smoke flavor from the grill takes it to a whole nutha level.
I'd almost be willing to guarantee you'd like it.
