Haha, yep. There are various inverted poses that are yoga, including handstands, shoulderstands and headstands. This one is called a tripod in Western yoga or Sirsasana II in Sanskrit, but I call it like it is–tripod.

Here's an arm balance that's a bit more yoga-y.

It feels awesome. I still have the aches and pains that come with being a human, but I find things like bending to scoop something off the floor so much easier these days. I'm pretty sure I'd just win at Twister and then have nothing left to do. Big Grin
