Can I just say, and I'm just being honest...
RE: Can I just say, and I'm just being honest...
Fair enough. My sum up still sums it up for me.

Just sums it up for me.

I just want what I say to be taken at face value so communication isn't fucked up.

Someone can honesty express that they view me in a way that I interpret as hurtful and I can honesty express that my interpretation of what they said hurts me. The fact that I'm hurt doesn't mean that they can't tell me things or that I'm childish or that they need to walk on eggshells. The fact that I'm outright telling them that they can tell me such things and I'm going to be honest about how I feel about it even if it's being honest about my being hurt means that they can tell me such things and it's emotionally healthy and adult rather than childish for me to honestly express such emotions and if they want me to be honest about my feelings to them then when I am it makes no sense to think that they can't be when I'm telling them they can just because they disapprove of the particular feeling I expressed.

I hope I explained it this time.

CIJS- I never rolled my eyes so hard.

Also, seriously, school system, am I supposed to be made of money? Costumes almost every day throughout the year for one thing or another. I feel like I should throw out my kids closet and just buy them a wardrobe full of costumes.

And another thing, I have no idea what would ever possess you to think it's ok to give a 7 year old child Mountain Dew without consulting their parents but yea...fuck you too.

Ugh, neighbors are the WORST!  We have college kids upstairs, and last weekend they had a huge party and someone puked over the railing and onto our balcony!  Wtf?  I ask myself the same thing: how do they afford it here?  House hunting cannot begin soon enough!  Are you in an apartment complex ShellB?

Are they going through a breakup in the 90s?

Hey now!! Boyz II Men is excellent, and how dare you for suggesting otherwise! Dodgy

CIJS,

Never allow yourself to give up something that makes you unique.  When this happens, you just become more like everyone else: you blend in rather than stick out; it’s like losing a part of yourself and feeling incomplete.  Thus, IMO, if you want to feel complete, then you’ve got to accept who you are by daring greatly to become more unique and beautiful with each passing day.

He comes home from school bouncing off the walls non stop for 5 hours before conking out for the night I couldn't even wake him to go to bed so he's sleeping on the sofa tonight.

Well, I cut my hair (only on top) yet again. It was getting too long. (Apparently two inches is too long now).

And to think, this time last year, my hair was well past my shoulders and now I can spike it Big Grin
