So um yeah... the Church does not teach that women are objects.
That's nice, dear. However, you have no authority, to tell us what women are in the eyes of god:
I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.(1 Timothy 2:12 )
Your little outburst has been noted, but disregarded. Thanks for your time.

As Poca said, it's a bit useless to point this out to a Catholic. I didn't realize I was having an outburst, but ok lol.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Right, because the men in Vatican at some point gracefully allowed you to consider yourself human? Of course - the fact that you have a vagina still stops you from having any actual authority within the church, but why would you want to worry your pretty little head with such things?
Sure, as a catholic, you can consider yourself above and beyond the bible - which is the ONLY source of christian doctrine - but if you think that makes your beliefs look any less ridiculous... you're probably right, because the bible is horsesh*t. Still - your knowledge of god and your place in society is based solely on what some pedophiles in dresses made up out of whole cloth over the millennia, in order to further their struggle for political power.

well, devil's advocate here,
Mary could have defiled herself at anytime up to the actual orgasm of the Holy Spirit entity . . .

Probably not. But it would be fun to hear it anyway.
I have no idea if this is true or not, but ..
Could it be that the catholic church places a greater premium on the life of an unborn child than the grown girl who carries it - because that child might be male? (I'm guessing it probably doesn't come right out and say as much in the catholic bible.)

Uh, no lol. Such is absolutely not the case. And we don't place greater premium on the life of the baby vs that of the mom in the first place regardless of if the baby is male or female.
I assume you're joking but figured I'd respond anyway just in case.

34 pages in, lol? I cant say anything to you that the church hasn;t already -done- in an effort to convince you that support for the church is atrocious, even intellectual support such as calling yourself a roman catholic. That said, there -is- no reason, nothing to say with regards to belief. Either you believe or you don't. Atheism isn't evangelical.

Yeah mostly joking but your own position re: mom vs baby made me prod a little.
