I think the SNP are waiting for the right time to maximise their chance of success. Why do it now before the pain of Brexit has happened? On the other hand they don't want to wait until the UK has left the EU. They'll probably do it after Article 50 has been invoked and when we're about to leave. The longer they wait, the more time they have for Theresa May to show how she's going to shaft Scotland.

Don't people going to University in Scotland get to go for free essentially? Wouldn't that mean the SNP wants Scots to be trained? They aren't encouraging people to go to a university.

Maybe it's businesses who are lobbying the SNP to fight to have more immigrants because there's a skills shortage in certain areas, or they are just cheapskates - one of the two. Also, I think the anger should be directed at thr business that want to undercut Scottish born workers but employing cheap labour rather then the immigrants themselves. My thinking is: If you are angry at people less fortunate than you are it's normally somebody who is more fortunate manipulating you.
