No, I only have that attitude as a result of bad encounters. Why should I talk to someone if I don't want to just because they are a cop? It doesn't give them the right to then harass me because I won't speak to them, which has happened too many times. My "bad" attitude doesn't justify their actions. I'm a moody bastard.

fav EMT story:
ambulance personnel called to street in front of a known rowdy bar and find shooting victim dying at the curb. Commence stabilization and prep work when one of the EMTs notices he is being crowded by someone in the growing crowd. Leans around and says something like hey buddy, I need a little room here. The guy holds his position and hisses, " I didn't shoot him 5 times so you could try to save him."
The EMTs went back and sat in the ambulance till the cops arrived and secured the scene.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I'm going to go with "just like regular people: except with guns and broad legal immunity" as my final answer. Honestly, nothing a cop does surprises me, good or bad. I expect them to be exactly like anyone else in their situation. That allows for a broad range of human behavior, lol.
