Maybe try a different type of training you've been wanting to do? Rise to a different challenge?

I do have something I could specifically train for actually. Might be a lot of work. If I actually commit I'll post about it here...

However, you should use this thread to get started on your goals, by all means. I'll create an official one in a few weeks.

April 1st is when i plan on going back to training. Took 2 months off because i had personal things i was dealing with and my body desperately needed a brake. Lack of sleep and hard training was taking its toll. Sometimes doing hard training with less than 2 hours of sleep. My goal is just to get back in shape and once i'll do that i'll reach for something higher. Less internet time and more time meditating is another goal i will achieve.

I really like the idea of this thread. Awesome.  Cool

Since the beginning of this year, I've stopped drinking soda, and lost 15 pounds! I quit smoking last year and I'm on a journey to lose 72 pounds, I would love to take part in this!

That is great work.  I've never had to quit smoking but my wife has and I believe her when she says how hard it was to do.  But I do know that weight loss is no pushover either.  So congratulations and good luck on your other goals.

RE: Atheist Forums' Biggest Loser
I went wild on Sunday.

At the all you can eat I had small portions of everything.

About ten different types of fried chicken and even pork which I try and avoid. I had a lot of weird looking Japanese sea food. Lots of Chinese food. Noodles, toast, crab, shrimp.

Topped all that off with marshmallows dipped in a chocolate fountain and 4 mini pink donuts.

That was on Sunday though, I ate very healthy yesterday and I'll keep that up all week along with going to the gym.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

I can't go to the gym as often with my husband's new schedule so I can't wait till this starts cause I really need to crack down on my diet and it is so hard alone!

Nice work, both are extremely hard habits to kick. If I hadn't given up most sugar, I'd be even a bigger lardass than I am now.

I'm on a low carb so very very little sugar here.
