The DNC needs to help put Dems in office in 2018, and find a presidential candidate in 2020.  The gist of this seems to be that they are incompetent and beyond broke, and they basically had to sell their support to Hillary.

That means come 2020, they're likely still going to be broke, and the support of the establishment will likely be up for sale again.

This has nothing to do with Trump, other than the dysfunction is probably going to help him in the future, which you should be concerned with.

Since nobody is bothering to read the original Politico article: there wasn't an attempt; it was COMPLETE control. Hillary had the DNC by the balls financially. The party couldn't function without $$ being funneled in from her campaign, since they were so in debt thanks to Obama. She owned the DNC a year before the primaries. This is not how democracy works.

Sanders signed the same agreement.  Why didn't he help out?

Hint:  He's an Independent not a Democrat.

No secret I don't think much of her as I've posted before here thoughts along the lines of her incompetence/malfeasance rising to the level of a crime against humanity in that she facilitated (along with many others) the Trump win in the 2016 election.

Now she's a hero of sort's in blowing the whistle on Hillary's corruption??

This is just way too fucking complicated to wrap my little brain around.

I do note that I have found it odd most of the reactions to her conduct on Campaign Hillary have been seemingly muted, and there has now been some suggestion the claims she is making in her book were evident to others during the time period in which they occurred. IOWs, it's been evident Donna has experienced considerable latitude (if that's the right word) for her actions during the campaign and I really wondered what was up with that.

That she was apparently relatively less responsible (and Hillary more so) in the sad outrages the DNC perpetrated against Bernie and his supporters in the primary is quite a jolt.

I owe Donna Brazile an apology to a degree, but I find it astonishing nevertheless. Things are happening too damn fast for me to process . . .

Yeah, sure, he had the dozens of millions in his backpocket necessary to just fund the whole DNC, I'm sure.

Campaign finance reform. Another part of Hillary's platform she certainly wasn't actually interested in touching.

From my experience with The Hill, I find it to have a liberal bias - and I consider myself a liberal. I read some of their stuff but I won't usually quote them here.
