Hopefully they wise up before giving this any consideration.  It should be up to the proprietor to decide if a refund is warranted to any particular customer who may find them selves offended.  It's not a black and white be all / end all type issue.

Besides this would be a disaster... as snowflakes are offended by everything.   (I bet there is one right now, offended that I just said that Smile ).

I can only hope you are right.  Still, Indiana does not have a great track record.

Quote:It was a template and an indicator of how he would treat women’s health as governor of Indiana. As governor, Pence signed virtually every anti-choice bill that was put on his desk, including HB 1337, an omnibus abortion bill that a federal court blocked from taking effect in June of this year.

Pence described the law “a comprehensive pro-life measure that affirms the value of all human life.” In reality, it is a deeply invasive law lacking both empathy and reason (unsurprising, perhaps, from the state that jailed Purvi Patel). HB 1337 bans women from seeking abortions based on race, gender or fetal anomaly; it also mandates that women be required to bury or cremate the fetus post-termination. In addition, it required that abortion doctors have admitting privileges in order to practice, a restriction that the Supreme Court recently struck down in Whole Woman’s Health vs. Hellerstedt.

Quote:There’s no doubt that Pence is of the standard Republican issue variety: religious, anti-gay, pro-life, and pro-open trade.

He sure as hell isn't the only one out there.

Lived in Indiana for twelve years, then another fourteen after I retired. (Purdue is not actually in Indiana, it hovers above it like a lady squatting on a truckstop toilet seat.) Same as most states, liberals in town, hayseeds out on the farms.

What about refunds for atheists baseball fans who pay exorbitant money to watch a baseball game and then have to put God Bless America in the 7th inning. It offends the hell out of me!
