You can testify against her if you know for sure, and she can testify in her defense, if you lie, the 3rd or 4th time you swear I forget the number, the curse of God will be upon you, and if she lies and swears by God, then the curse of God will be on her.

And if she is honest and testifies against herself, then the consequence is lashing, 70 lashes. But I believe such laws are only meant when there is a leader from God implementing government, otherwise, like Jesus says, let the person who hasn't sinned cast the first stone sort of thing....

If you know now without a present leader to implement the laws of God only meant for a pure leader from God to implement, just get divorced.

You know, it's a bit less barbaric than I expected. A bit, anyway.

We were barbarians at our root. Maybe all this trying to transcend it, will make us, spiritually ill in many ways.

We may need to go back to barbaric roots in some fields. Perhaps this is why the Prophet is reported to have said "I eat with my hands and lick my fingers, who doesn't like my way, is not from me" (I don't know how accurate the hadith is but it's part of long seemingly sincere advice to Abu Dhar).

We don't have to eat with out hands or lick our fingers, but being disgusted at it, perhaps, we are to arrogant and leaving our barbarian roots too much, that we belittle too many humans of the past.

The monotheistic faiths, with their shameless theft and destruction of the very ladders they borrowed to climb to power..do more than anyone or any other thing to belittle those people.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

The Quran discusses heavens, death, life, war, peace, birth, marriage, love, hate, and you focus on licking the fingers after food?
For this exact reason -leaving what matters and holding to what doesn't matter-; Muslim institutions got to the bottom of the barrel.

It's sad; really. But hilarious if you think about it: the difference between a disbeliever and a believer, is a finger lick after food? The writers of the Hadith were quite...myrmidon?? if you ask me.

God only has one planet to manage in the whole of the otherwise pointless universe he created, and he still gets a human to speak for him! How lazy is he?
