My elbow was red and swollen. turned out it was a bacterial infection from a fall on my bike more than a week prior. Had to take antibiotics and couldn't go to work. Went in for a check up today, today being monday. He ordered me to stay at home for the rest of the week. I hate not being able to do anything so damn much. At least i don't need painkillers anymore, and i'm steadily regaining use of my arm.

Whew. I'm in Vancouver finally after driving approximately 2,350 miles* give or take. Last night was my first in the strange AirBNB I found here in Vancouver after re-uniting with Lia. The night before I spent in Portland where I got to have dinner with a couple of very nice fellow AF.org members, Chthulu and Kitty (they're the more youthful looking folk in this picture). You can't see him in this photo but Smokey is under the table. Alas the youthful Abby could not join us, hopefully some other time. The food at this restaurant, The Tin Shed Cafe (I think) was incredible.
