I'm saying Cosby didn't rape Constand, and the fact that you turn that into somehow condoning rape says a lot about you.

I've presented there was plenty of evidence that was not allowed to be presented in Cosby's defense evidence that would create reasonable doubt, but yet a tape of Cosby was allowed as evidence, when according to Pennsylvania law it's illegal to record someone on the phone without their consent (barring the fact that a forensic experts opinion was that the tape was doctored).

So you're okay with someone not getting their due process?

I'm not into Schadenfreude that much but I couldn't help but indulging in some when I saw Cosby, the convicted rapist, perp-walked into jail yesterday. That was on behalf of my friends who've been raped. I could watch that video over and over and never get tired of it. Good job, prosecutors.

I guess If you repeat something enough times, it must be true? where did I state any of the drivel you just spewed? I'm simply stating the trial was a farce, somehow you guys made the leap in logic for that to mean being in favor of rape? Are you stupid?

Judy was crying about being screwed over by the judicial system and everyone is sympathetic, never mind that fact that it's extremly rare for a father to get full custody with no visitation rights for the mother unless some bad stuff went down, but in this situation, the person isn't even a blood relative, obviously we aren't getting the whole story. Also her mother and sister side with the man AND pay his legal fees? But the Judge was just a bad Judge right?

Either we have an imperfect legal system or we don't, can't have it both ways...

My opinion: Local sherrifs can arrest the president all day if they want. Its part of all people being equal before the law. But they have to release him after a day, unless the district attorney (or whoever) accuses Mr. President of whatever.
