Yes. A very valid statement, but they are trying to understand it now. And scientists have been trying all over the world now for over 20 years, so at least that is something.
There has even been some speculation by scientists that perhaps the universe itself is conscious. And they have some reasons to believe it might be. They think they can prove this one way or the other too, so who knows what discoveries the future holds?

They are not attempting to prove the earth is conscious. They are attempting to prove the stars are conscious, and they have stated that they can prove this one way or the other, so we'll see. I personally do not think the stars themselves are conscious. I think there is a massive energy that lives somewhere in our unobservable universe that is conscious, and that it is probably directing and affecting these stars that appear to be conscious.

You have no freaking clue what they are trying to prove.

In much the same way you have no freaking clue what the news aggregator article you cite actually say, even less what the professional objections to what they say were.

God being the creator of everything in the observable universe and having the highest intelligence to the point of being all-knowing, is capable of doing things that you with your limited human brain cannot possibly even fathom.

Browbeating again.

Indignant accusations of professional scientists who contradict her bullshit being sexist to follow.

Then protestations of her being very smart and credible, because she was in a program for gifted children and has “been to college”.

Then cite “reference” from new aggregator sites that actually doesn’t say what she claim it says.

And then sing and dance about her being brilliant and right and why everyone can’t just see she is right.

Followed by passive aggressive “I don’t even want to recruit you to my side any more!”
