Notice all of that says “forcing.” Of course you can’t force someone to have sex with you, but drunk people are, without a doubt, able to have sex without bring rapists. Do you really think every time drunk people have sex, they’re raping each other?

Nope but i point out you can say it's not rape till your blue in the face .But some would argue you are very wrong . Not to mention rape is still a crime and if it is then every much is societies business and again it does not say women are weak or men for that matter .
