That would be Greenland - although the 50,000 + inhabitants who live there would take exception to the "unihabited" part.

To be fair, it's not the worst idea Trump ever had, and there is some precedent for it.  The Danes don't seem interested, though.

Greenland's officials put it it much more politely than I would have, but it was basically a "Go fuck yourself."
There is only one reason 45 said that shit, because greedy oil companies and other resource CEOs would love to exploit their resources.
