Obviously, there’s no way to demonstrate it. Intelligence and religious feeling clearly don’t correlate - there are plenty of scary smart godists in the world.

We?   It is not obvious at all that you would want to say that, even though it is obvious you would not wish to be heard saying that.

I clicked before removal, it's an article about a meta-survey of IQ vs. religiosity. 
The key takeaway from the magazine article was;

However given that DW hasn't made any reference to the size of the effect or that the article as good as states that IQ is not the determining factor I don't get the impression that he actually read it.
