I must admit Belaqua, I've only ever heard the term 'Scietism' used colloquially in a derogatory fashion.

Yes, I think it's always derogatory. It's the misuse or idolatry of science.

When you create content for another site and then simply copy it in toto here, we consider it to be spam.

Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules. Read the Rules.

And bear in mind that it doesn't matter one whit if you don't like the Rules, or you think they're unfair, or they're giving you a stress rash on your big-boy parts.  If you want to remain a member here, you'll follow the Rules.

First of all, relax, okay? The rules that you cited talks about sending the same post to multiple forums in this site, it's says nothing about sending the question to another site's forum. So I sent the question in another site as well, how exactly does it bothering you? you are bored or something?

Problem with your interpretation is that there is only one single forum on this site.

Only one forum? Are you sure? Strange, I see a Physical Sciences forum, Mathematics forum, Politics forum, Gaming forum and much more. Maybe you have a problem with your browser if you can see just one forum.

Come on, get off me!

It's not of anyone's business if I write my question in another site.

How bored people can be that they are commenting on such things?

A lot of people who claim to be religious aren't really, they've just not got the guts to say so as they're afraid of being rejected by people. They're easy to find out, just ask them if they believe in the miracles in religious texts and they'll be evasive and may finally say something along the lines of them not being real and are just metaphors to try and get the approval of both religious and non-religious people. In reality, they're not truly religious and are just trying to get approval from as many people as possible to try and boost their low self-esteem and low self-confidence.

I was very surprised to discover that only 10% of the Nobel prize winners are atheist:

Hmm. According to the CIA, atheists are only 2.4% of the world's population, yet they have four times that much representation when it comes to Nobel prizes. Given that the average difference between the IQs (read as academic aptitude) of believers and nonbelievers is much less than a standard deviation, it should have very little impact on obtaining Nobel prizes. Atheists don't seem to be being short-changed when it comes to Nobel prizes.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

About what? They're going to heaven.

Reward is doled out on the basis of allegiance and paid for by another mans blood; not the quality of the supplicants character.

Yeah, no one’s ever been able to clearly explain exactly how the butchering of an itinerant rabbi two millennia ago expiates my bad behaviour.  Until they can, I’ll also take a pass.
