Coincidentally, I brought an 18-lb. jug of kitty litter down to the basement this morning. 

My carpenter was here today to put the finishing touches on the new pantry, located where the cellar stairs used to be. He rode the elevator a few times between the basement and attic and really got a kick out of it. Meanwhile, my kitty scampered up and down the runway he built for her which goes from the kitchen down to the cellar. 

You pleased the kitty. You may remain.

We maintain our home for the comfort and happiness of our cats. And we approve of people who do the same.
