Quote:“In a rambling letter titled ‘Call For A Strike of American Small Businesses Against The Movement for Global Socialism’, [Tea Party Nation] urges businesses ‘not hire a single person’ to protest ‘this new dictator’.

Resolved that: The current administration and Democrat majority in the Senate, in conjunction with Progressive socialists from all around the country, especially those from Hollywood and the left leaning news media (Indeed, most of the news media.) have worked in unison to advance an anti-business, an anti-free market, and an anti-capitalist (anti-individual rights and property ownership) agenda. [...]

****
I, an American small business owner, part of the class that produces the vast majority of real, wealth producing jobs in this country, hereby resolve that I will not hire a single person until this war against business and my country is stopped.”

Of course. This is a fundamental problem with a 2 party system. Each side will do things to hurt the other side and in the end we all get fucked.

I agree. No more private donations for political parties.

I want donations and gifts to politicians to be just as strict as they are on college athletes.

If McDonalds gives Obama a free happy meal, then I want McDonalds charged with a crime. If Obama accepts the Happy meal, he should be immediately brought up on impeachment charges.

Not a single PENNY of private money to be donated to ANY politicians EVER.

Does it strike anyone else as dictatorial and anti-free market that these people are asking that businesses stop hiring.

Whole economies don't simply shut down just because some malcontents demand it.

What are they smoking, and how can I get some?

Obama is sort of a kink in their plans, sure he is till going along with the plan, but not at the pace they want.

They want dictatorial and they don't want a real "free-market". They want everything to come from their market, so they make the money.

Simples. By lobbying for some and being bought up by a corporation.

They might as well take all the slack, considering their voices run the show the most.

What can I say? Sometimes I think corporations should outright give just to politicos. It certainly would be a lot more honest that everyone knows Congressman Asshat was bought by Exxon instead of deluding themselves with the current bought-and-paid-for lobbying system while imagining otherwise.

I do tire greatly of the smoke and mirrors routine...
