Look at the original pictures.  In the mugshot the guys ears are real close to the head.  In the profile pic at the rally, the ear that is showing sticks out from the head rather significantly.

We don't know that it's the same guy and even if it is, his attendance at a rally doesn't mean what he did was racially motivated.  It may look that way but it's not proof.

I will not argue with you.

I doubt he actually believes any of his nonsense - he is just trying asusual to get under my skin.....

Don't waste your time with the nozzle.

I don't.

I put him on ignore.

Life is good.
I have watched him pile on you.

I get enough of that with you and Zilla...you two have that territory covered.

Not a single gram of fuck left to give over the cluster that is this thread.

Maybe Brian will come out to play.

It's not tough to gasp it's just relevant as it not just he features  you listed that convinces me it's him .If that were the case the pictures you posted would be just as convincing . It's all the other features you can make out if you stare long enough . The ridge if the nose even for a separate angle and low quality  is distinct as . The skin isn't just ruddy it's the exact same tone even with the light differences you can make it out enough ( accounting of course for tan and skin age)  and the upper part of the ear has the exact same shape (factoring in compression during photographing and angle )

2. Tattoo removals  don't always leave marks behind it depends on the tattoo and the method of removal . So even a shot of foram would be inconclusive .

1. Well my research and experience say otherwise

Quote:About half of the patients treated with Q-switched lasers for tattoo removal will show some transient changes in the normal skin pigmentation. These changes usually resolve in 6 to 12 months but may rarely be permanent.[55]
Hyperpigmentation is related to the patient's skin tone, with skin types IV, V and VI more prone regardless of the wavelength used. Twice daily treatment with hydroquinones and broad-spectrum sunscreens usually resolves the hyperpigmentation within a few months, although, in some patients, resolution can be prolonged.[55]
Hypopigmentation is more commonly observed in darker skin tones. It is more likely to occur with higher fluence and more frequent treatments. Sometimes lighter skin exhibits hypopigmentation after a series of treatments. Allowing more time between treatments reduces chances of hypopigmentation. Since it is more likely to see hypopigmentation after multiple treatments, some practitioners suggest waiting a few additional weeks, after a few sessions. Usually treatment stops until hypopigmentation resolves in a matter of months.
Transient textural changes are occasionally noted but often resolve within a few months; however, permanent textural changes and scarring very rarely occur. If a patient is prone to pigmentary or textural changes, longer treatment intervals are recommended. Additionally, if a blister or crust forms following treatment, it is imperative that the patient does not manipulate this secondary skin change. Early removal of a blister of crust increases the chances of developing a scar. Additionally, patients with a history of hypertrophic or keloidal scarring need to be warned of their increased risk of scarring.
So it's more complicated and nor is the sunlight factor isn't always permanent

2. That wasn't the shape i was talking about and i think angle if shot or picture compression makes the ear look closer to the head

3. Which is why i said probability

4.Okay

Lol to bad you never actually stick to it . You ignore me (more often then not because your losing an argument ) then you start responding again while telling me your ignoring me . Then you shit talk to other people about me while telling me your ignoring me . One almost thinks i'm under your skin .But not by any effort of mine .

Quote:I have watched him pile on you.
By pile you mean disagree along with a bunch of other people .Tell me is it piling when a dozen of us criticize Dirch at one time ?

Quote:I get enough of that with you and Zilla...you two have that territory covered.
I didn't realize responses were piling i guess i owe Yukon Jack an apology .Funny how no one calls it piling when i criticize Dirch

Pardon the use of the incorrect word.

Now - tell me about how you can be sure both pictures are of the same person.

Nice dodge though Smuggy.

Wasn't even an implication, I posted the pic, and then asked online biker a hypothetical question.

That's an obvious lie.
I won't be taking you seriously again.
And Sungula kudosed it.

An obvious lie? Then explain why I would put emphasis on the "if" big dummy...

What would your judgment be 'IF' the guy was a member of the KKK?

He did indeed posted a pic and asked a question . Weather or not he was implying it was him (something i'll argue i have pushed much harder then him ) .That part he's not lying about so why would i no kudos it ? That's all i'm going to say further on this subject .

If I were a prosecutor I would bring this up. Seems like this is a family affair.

And if I were a judge, I'd do every thing in my power to keep that inflammatory, irrelevant piece of nonsense out of evidence.

Were you a prosecutor who was prone to bringing up irrelevant yet inflammitory events in court - your career would be rather short.
