Though Islam is highly regressive when it comes to women. Muslim cultures for one reason or another have adopted prove female attitudes

If Islam ruled the world then its mistreatment of women alone would cause a lot of distress to many.

In such a hypothetical world it would be what God wanted. But I don't think that such a world will happen. God seems to want a mixture of different religions along with absence thereof. God doesn't seem to want unity of any sort. Be it via Islam or world government or anything like that.

Did you ever notice when the news shows a muslim city protesting, it's always men in the streets, waving inflammatory banners, burning effigies. Where are all the women? Do you know what happens when you group a large number of men together? It's the testosterone factor. It breeds aggression. 

Women have a calming factor on men. Take them out of the equation and all you have are a bunch of testosterone-laden animals looking to prove their physical superiority over others.

Have you conducted any research on the viability of your theory? Is your evidence entirely from media depictions? What does Ilhan Omar, or her very outspoken daughter tell you in regard to your theory? 

You make the statement in a very general way. Is it true of all Muslims everywhere all the time? Is it an aspect of Islam which is intrinsic to the religion, or is it something that can change within Islam, depending on the time and place? 

These are all things that could be investigated, if you take the idea of a theory seriously.
