I don’t procrastinate. I intentionally wait until the last possible moment to act because then I’ll be older - presumably - wiser.

Need to lose weight, and since my metabolism slowed down considerably after thirty that means my diet has to change significantly in order to lose weight. Also, with the messed up ankle, and the fact that I am getting older, jogging is kind of out of the question.
Therefore, I have changed my diet to once again eat vegan food. I have Morning Star and Boca products in the freezer. Also, I plan on getting a gym membership so that I can work out comfortably as one does when one gets older.

I have tried intermittent fasting these last 3 weeks. Results are surprisingly good. I've lightened 5kg in that time. At the beginning of the fasting routine I was quite hungry between the fastening sessions, but I guess now I've slightly adjusted more to it, as I'm not that hungry during the fastening sessions. I read around a bit, and settled now with the 16/8 method, which in short is just cutting out 2 meals every day.

If Trump somehow gets elected to a second term, I’m seriously considering running for President in 2024 on one issue: give America back to the United Kingdom, because it’s become abundantly clear that America can no longer govern itself. And it turns out that, since I’d turn 35 about a month before the 2025 inauguration, I can legally run.
