One of those things...
... you wished you never had read and could somehow get your 10 mins back you spent reading it.

The writer has a BA, "in absentia"? Maybe he should grow a pair and not grouse about other people's achievements. Looks like sour grapes, to me.

He talks about Seth Myers and others and somehow didn’t think of writing the piece when they were given the honorary degree—I even smell misogyny and yellow journalism.

The article looks pretty complimentary - the author clearly has researched Dr. Jill Biden's life in great and exacting detail, and the absolute worst thing he could find to say about her is that she has a doctorate in education.

I really, really hate the chiropractors. One of my aunts was "treated" by one for an "injury" due to an automobile accident. He treated her for five years for a bruised leg. Then, at the end of that five years he "discovered" that she had "broken her hip" some unknown time in the past. So she kept paying him for that pitiful bit of attention she got each week. (He never explained why it took him five years to find that old injury. Or how she had not noticed a broken hip herself.)

Even worse, chiropractor-chinese medicine-naturopath veterinarians. But there are stupid stupid owners out there that swear by them. Many do no harm and just take the money but there are some that make animals suffer needlessly.

We've got one here in town that throws in her PhD, earned studying fruit flies, with the other alphabet soup behind her name.

There seems to have been an increase in "click bait" thread titles recently...has it gone out of fashion to actually say what the thread is about in the thread title?

Not a fan of surprise parties either, huh?
