I didn't say what you are desperately trying to claim I said. I said that you are so ignorant that you mistake 220 single phase for three phase. Refrigeration techs do that all the time. That's what I said originally and you proved me correct in this post where you in fact, undeniably mistake 220 single phase for 3 phase. You played yourself, fool.

In your original post about the fictional patent, you gave little to no technical detail. One detail you gave was incorrect, as I have shown and you bumbled into proving true. The rest of that post was nothing an engineer would say in answer to a question about a patent. You didn't even say what it was you built from surplus parts. I called bullshit on the whole thing and still do. You've been digging deeper ever since.
A real engineer would have just said, whoops, my bad, I meant 230 3 phase. But not a hubris filled liar with a haughty spirit. Proverbs was right about that.
Let's look at the more recent lie you told. Originally, you claimed to have a patent. When you couldn't link to the patent, you said you sold the rights and couldn't talk about it. When that was shown to be a lie, you backtracked. You said it wasn't a real patent, but a provisional patent. Now, anyone who files the paperwork and pays the fee can get a provisional patent. The patent office does not evaluate them. They expire in one year. So, there's nothing special about that, and it does not validate an invention. The next lie came when you said the nonprovisional patent filed by the purchaser of your provisional patent could name anyone as the inventor. That's not true.
Each inventor must sign an oath or declaration that includes certain statements required by law and the USPTO rules, including the statement that he or she believes himself or herself to be the original inventor or an original joint inventor of a claimed invention in the application,
You should just stop now, but you won't. You're sick.

You should just stop now, but you won't. You're sick.
then whats this smart guy?
since you are too beta to directly face proof that undeniably says you are wrong, when it is initially presented (I don't have another two weeks before you decide to look at it) it is video of the actual unit being discussed. turns out i still have the initial proto type after all these years and while faded the electrical data tag is still on there and readable.. and it clearly show on three different ways the power requirement of 220VAC-3~
and then while your at it look up the manufacturer.. Zanotti SPA (it is on the data sticker pause the video if you don't believe) Now Zanotti is located where? exactly where the op said it was. Italy, So again dummy all in the op you are again too stupid to go back and read/understand or you are trying to proof a narrative you have created.
a narrative you formulated long before even having a full idea of what was being discussed, and now you are looking for proof to support it. Why? because you think i am bluffing and are only looking for information you think you can exploit to call my bluff.
that is why you can't follow the facts, like the one's given in the OP. (IE the fact the unit being described came from italy, and was not wired to the grid) that is why you keep flip flopping back and fourth on your answer to my yes or no question is 220VAC 3~ a Viable power requirement/does anyone make a motor that requires this voltage. It is a simple yes or no question. fact support there is indeed a motor voltage requirement of 220vac 3~ (Your last post even says it is possible, but now you have doubled down and are saying i made a mistake some ac mechanic would make/not possible.)
the facts of what i did, elude you. because you have no mind for facts, but are only looking for anything that will give you your Ahh HA! moment. and at this point are so desperate your willing to say or do anything to prove me wrong/lying. which is why, you can't give a yes or no answer to a simple yes or no question like i just did.
as you need both options open to try and entrap me... well here's the thing big guy.. it's over now. turns out i was the one setting you up.. allowing you to build a monument of pride and self assurance having you sacrifice your personal and technical integrity, i had you show yourself s hypocrite, a liar and exceeding more and more desperate to try and save face. all to come down around you with a manufacturers data plate from 2010.. (meaning this is not even new technology) you are just not knowledgeable enough to responsibly have a fact based discussion on the matter. you can consider yourself schooled on the matter now. (See i told you i taught engineers)
All of this.. all your post all the lying the subterfuge, the hypocrisy for the last 2 weeks is more than enough proof you are not in a position to judge me nor my work... maybe after this little lesson, you will have learn to deal in facts and extrapolate a conclusion based on that. rather than sell your soul to try and support a narrative you have created. While popular and acceptable in the political realm, or even the evening news, this should be a reality check that tells you (unless dunning kruger syndrome has completely over taken your mind) that the real world does not work this way. and if you solely depend on your understanding of anything if not supported by real fact, it is most likely wrong.
So now since you have irrefutable proof. i need to hear you recant all your bullshit. i need you to concede the argument (I was always right and you were wrong) about the voltage requirement MY project needed. and make it clear you are not experienced enough to recognise all of the different power configurations out there. let alone judge a new innovation you nor anyone else has ever seen before.

sorry to ruin your day old sport, two things.. I offered you a copy of the actual patent, which includes the patent number and a letter from the lawyer who filed it. you have not accepted this offer by PM'ing me your email. As i do not want my personal info generally posted. and two I wanted ranjr to seal his fate before i closed the discussion. I wanted this guy to commit so people like you get his full and last words on the subject before i provide the proof that completely undermines everything he has said the last two weeks.
You know me, comon man! i play the long game. just when you think i'm out.. i got one more star punch left to give.

There's that black swan. It was obvious why you wanted me to answer yes or no.
I never said it didn't exist because 220 was the standard decades ago. It's still is in South America. It's also part of 50 hz systems. Now I know where you got the number 220 for your made up patent story. Nice diversion. Kudos.

sweety 3 phase is generated along side your single phase. you just do not generally have a use for it in a domestic environment. but in a commercial industrial environment like say transport refrigeration. three phase is preferred. which is what i used it for, as the transport refrigeration unit TRU required as a power source. again to run refrigeration on a all electric delivery truck.

Correct.
not according to the USPO. https://www.uspto.gov/patents/basics there is a search that they do once you submit your idea. and they come back with a dozen or so patented ideas that is close to your idea. you have to go line by line in each one of the like patents and explain how your idea is suffencitly different. it is also scrutinized for common ideas/common use ect. this is not to the same degree a non provisional patent gets, but it is reviewed to ensure it is sufficiently different to be considered for a non provisional patent. plus on can spend between 2000 and 10,000 going through just the provisional patent process. so it's not like a few bucks and your in. there is scrutiny but not heavy scrutiny where they take every patent close to yours and make you explain how yours is different from all other registered ideas. it's not free and not everyone can just do this. I remember taking 6 weeks or more having to write out ensuring the USPO how my idea was different even provided drawings and electrical schematics. even had to go back and give more detail as the initial answers i gave were not clear enough or gave enough technical detail.
Quote: (June 30, 2021 at 12:16 pm)Ranjr Wrote: The patent office does not evaluate them. They expire in one year. So, there's nothing special about that, and it does not validate an invention.
Correct. I or you could apply for the patent on a perpetual motion wheel. Does not mean it works and likely to be rejected. As it should be. again a simple google search proves you wrong. here is a link to several non provisional patented perpetual motion machines: https://patents.google.com/?q=perpetual&oq=perpetual
where stoo=ped people confuse patents with reality is the patent doesn't have to work in order to receive a us patent. it just has to be documentable and under go scrutiny.
Quote: (June 30, 2021 at 12:16 pm)Ranjr Wrote: The next lie came when you said the nonprovisional patent filed by the purchaser of your provisional patent could name anyone as the inventor. That's not true.
Yeah, that was an odd claim. No idea what to make of that beyond noticing that it is total bollocks dummy: if a provisional patent is acquired then all rights to it have been relinquished. as it is the intellectual property of whom ever paid for it. besides there is no record of a provisional patent unless it is then converted to a non provisional by the person who filed the provisional patent. if a company buys your patent pending idea and allows your provisional patent to run it's 12 months then they can put whatever name they want on it when they file their provisional patent! besides i think they had a standing patent with the EU patent office in the original configuration of the electric truck TRU that used the Nicola Tesla Generator, and my idea just got folded into that one. the USPO doesn't need to check the EU for provisional patents. beside what i did was different enough to clear similar inventions to the EU patent we have here.

Now, let's see that patent.
again you were wrong either way you look at it. i need a concession first. tell me you were wrong. tell me you lied about me making the common ac guy's mistake and rather tell the truth i doubled down on a lie. tell all of us first this was the narrative you created and ignored fact in order to support. confess that you flipped flopped back and fourth on whether or not to commit to a yes or no because you did not care about the truth and needed to keep your options open whatever the mob decided i was doing. I need to hear you sold out your integrity and your a pos who isn't in a position to judge my work, because your lack of honor.
if you would have said got any proof first thing, this would have been over. but no.. you drug this shit out 2 weeks, now you need to own it. also tell boru you were wrong, tell him he backed the wrong horse and your sorry for making him look like a dumb ass. i don't care enough about the other guy to remember his name, but you should probably tell him too, because he doesn't seem smart enough to back down with out me doing to him what i just did for you.
Again, you wanted to call my bluff. you wanted to find proof for a narrative rather than search for truth. if you don't do as i ask here then it means you have learned nothing and there is no point to go on. because you will dishonestly create another narrative about the next thing you do not understand and just start all over again ad nauseum.
bottom line i knew you were overly puffed up and proud. and having worked with engineers like this (not that you are one) I know how to bait them without effort. and i knew i could make an example out of you prove my position AND have some fun wrecking you... (as this is not a theological issue,) but a reminder i am not charlie church.. I am just a mustard seed's worth of faith and grace from being you, rather clearly your better, but being a man full of crap better men aren't. which tying it back to the OP is probably why i do have the reps and kudoes i do have without having watered down my message.
that's said i feel my responsibility to this thread is complete. if anyone wants personal information like a copy of this patent pm me and i will discuss. if you want to ever come and see my production facility, commercial truck/retail car lot, my service department, some of the things we create (un patented products i came up with and produce for sale i have literally dozens of TRU related items) in the factory portion of the business, the service department or the gun store, let me know next time you are in orlando, i will buy you lunch and show you around.. i'll even pay for a plane ticket if some of you senior members want to come.. it's all legit guys.

Here's where I was wrong: I thought you confused 220 single phase with 230 three phase. However, since you have an oddball piece of equipment in your shop, you thought all 3 phase was 220. That's why you used 220 in your fabricated patent tale.
The other things I said are all correct. You have no patent.
