Once upon a time, there was a girl named Aliyah. She had thick, curly brown hair, brown eyes, and a petite figure. She lived with her parents and brother, on the rural outskirts of Tehran, Iran. She enjoyed smelling good, and would bathe frequently, and cover herself with fragrant oils.
Aliyah’s family had always been devout Muslims, observing all of the typical Islamic customs, and praying often. Aliyah had done the same, but for her, it always felt as if she was simply going through the motions, and did not sincerely believe in what she was doing.
One day, Aliyah was sitting on the edge of her bed, idly playing with her hair. She could see the city of Tehran in the distance. She longed to go there.
A few days later, she decided to do something she had been wanting to do for some time.......go to Tehran.
She loaded up a backpack with snacks and several thermoses of water, and headed out. She didn’t tell her parents or brother where she was going.
Once she had reached the city, she was mesmerized by all the people, hurrying about, paying no attention to her. She made her way through the crowd, and came across an old man with a cart.
The man was happy to see Aliyah, because she smelled good, and the man knew she would love the fragrant oils he had for sale. But Aliyah had no money. Aliyah told the man she had no money, but the man was unfazed. He smiled, and put a small jar in her hand. It fit snugly in her palm. She didn't want to open the jar in front of the man, so she walked into an alleyway, and opened the jar. A robust, pleasing scent wafted from the jar. It smelled like the ocean. Aliyah inhaled deeply, savoring the scent, and she smiled. Suddenly, her face turned warm, then hot. Her head was swimming.......she couldn't help but close her eyes.

Can you truly claim to be compassionate if your actions are the result of manipulation and coercion?
Ya, I'm looking at you christians.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Who knew that the best way to shut up anti-vaxxers was to put them on a ventilator?
Personally, instead of wasting valuable resources on them, I'd just lock them in their houses with no social media access.

No! These people have a RIGHT to medical care. I say we give them all the ivermectin they want.

Just read on Twitter about a cop who promoted that crap as a cure, and was anti-vax and anti-mask, has just died of Covid.
Sympathy level, nil.
