There's a TikTok going around where a "reporter" on OAN that read a JAMA report on his show and said wearing masks had been proven to be non-effective. But when you read the website that he was supposedly reading from, what it actually said was that a study showed the there was no statistical difference between the standard surgical masks (the cheap blue ones) and N95 masks. The actual effectiveness was 89% vs 92% but that 3% difference was within the error bounds. So it was an all out lie. Don't tell me the conservative news shows are more accurate. Its absolute bullshit. They are lying motherfuckers.

OK, so a reporter on a TV show can't read a website, has several supporting staff who can't read it and yet have no problem broadcasting a lie?  There's something to be said about competence.  Either he's completely incompetent and has no business in that job or he's a liar.  Has to be one of them.
