You can’t link to outside content (yet). There’s no rule that you can’t name outside content.

You said you would give us the name of that forum if you got permission to do so. TWO administrators gave you permission, and now you’re refusing to do what you promised. If you’re going to lie about something so utterly trivial, why should we trust that anything you have to say is ‘truth’?

I saw the memes before removal, speech this, speech that, .................. blah blah blah.

That was simply the set up for your self fulfilling prophecy of being banned here. Apparently it's happened in other places, my guess is multiple places. Since you're the common denominator in the equation it's easy to determine that, out of potentially hundreds of people, the problem lies with you.

  Listen sukka.  You live in MY house.  You see, in MY house we have this thing called the Second Amendment.  It forbids restrictions against Freedom of Speech.  (In theory)  You can't build a house within a house and say that only your rules apply in it.  Well..... maybe you could.  But that wouldn't make you right.  Also, do you even know why the government has a LAW forbidding the restriction of Freedom of Speech?  Because doing so is a bad thing.  If it is a bad thing for the government to do, it is a bad thing for anybody who lives within that government to do too.
