- It was a joke dear Eclectic. It was a reference to the 2015 Gezi Protest in which the political islamist party of Turkey (or the so called AK Party) was accusing us of being “thug” who “have drunk beer inside mosques” (an event of which no proof, no video footage and no witness has been found since 7 years now). Your leader İbrahim Raisi also claimed that demonstrators has “damaged mosques” during the demonstrations. So I decided to make a joke on this. Because we (as normal people) whether we are believers or not, we tend to respect religious feelings of other people. So no one does this kind of things. These are lies.
And note: I am starting to have doubts on you again. See, it is a technique that is commonly used by political islamists on the internet. When they are unable to debate anything, they tend to make false accusations about the belief of other persons.
And my answer to this is “not in my name”. I tend to see the rulers of Iran and all political islamists all across the world as people who commit shirk (blasphemy / polytheism). I don’t see them as being a part of my religion. They are not more a part of my religion than Al-Quaida, the Taliban or even the Salafist Arabs in Saudi Arabia. That’s how I see it. So let me be very clear on that. Me (and my surrounding) we don’t break the bones of teenager girls and trow them down from rooftops, and than bury them in a secret place and then claim that we didn’t do it. And we definitely do not sat that “God made us do it”. See: someone who believes in spiritual consequence doesn’t do this kind of things.
Yet, If you feel like saying things about İslam, say it. Because their definition of İslam is nothing less than what you are describing. Just don’t say it to me. You now know my opinion on this subject.
What I wanted to say in this post was:
- They took a rock climber called Elniaz Rekabi. Rekabi competed in Seoul without her headscarf (how is she even supposed to climb that thing with a headcarf? It’s a rock climbing competition in South-Korea not a Ninja competition in Imperial Japan you M.) She was than rushed to the Iranian Embassy and immediately returned to Teheran. The journalist Maziar Bahari who working for the BBC commented that she could have been directly taken to the notorious Evin Prison were some fires broke out during the last few days.
So I am saying: FREEDOM TO ELNIAZ REKABI
