My beliefs seem irrelevant in terms of 'depends which God' being a defeator to your conditional statement 'If God is real we are all in trouble'.

If certain conceptions of God are true (I don't think they are, but that's not the point) then not everyone is in trouble. For example, if the Christian God exists then at least some Christians are ok. And so on.
