If it wasn't 90+ degrees here - still - I would walk too.  I don't need to lose weight though, I am actually drinking high protein/high calorie drinks to try to gain.  I do need to build muscle mass though.  With this device, the weather can't be my excuse not to do it.

Now that my health is still on the mend, I'm debating starting to run again and start training for the half-marathons I ran years ago.

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:

Good on you! I gave it up because it was playing hell with my knees. I’d still do it if I could.

I never tried jogging again after I ruined my ankle. It is healed as I no longer feel any pain there, but I have become too accustomed to the laziness of not jogging to pursue it again.

Besides, I am old as F now.

Meh. I'm 54 and if I decide I want to cut time off my 2-miles or go farther in 30 minutes, I'm going to have to start jogging. A decade ago the idea of me jogging was preposterous. Now, not so much...

I used to run for miles. Even zone out occasionally when I ran.

I miss that feeling.

Still work out on the treadmill, but it's not the same.
