If my interactions with him where I explicitly pointed it out are any indication, the only thought he seems to have is that they cited a potentially inauthentic Hadith. And I can only assume that’s the sum total of his criticism of Hamas.

The Hospital attack is said to be a misfired rocket from “the other side”.
 


Again there was this local journalist yesterday.
 
After hearing about the little boy that was stabbed in Illinois (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-67119183)
 
He said: “G.D. all politicized form of religion. G.D. all fascist and racist ideology in the world”.

If Israel is innocent, why doesn't it provide satellite imagery of the hospital bombing ?

Photos have been around for a few hours and it seems that something exploded on the hospital parking lot. The hospital seems to have very little damage.

It seems that one of the 10 rockets fired by Islamic Jihad toward Israel misfired (fairly common event) and hit the parking lot of a hospital.
