Just having fun with it can be good enough. I helped make made a jewelry box for one of my friend's wife. Had a good time with my friend in the process. It would have been hundreds of dollars if I had built it for money.

Found an AliExpress custom shirt that allows me to create a custom shirt for less than $10. I decided to resurrect an old shirt I loved, but can’t find just right.

Yeah I figured even at poverty wages what I'm not paying for dive charters is worth getting the gear from the shop to the boat and back and babysitting vacation divers for a few hours. Downside, I have to rinse and stow my.own gear now, along with everyone elses. Perhaps even more valuable is it gets my foot in the door the professional dive community, and a toe out of my career.

Getting ready to jump in the shower then off to be medically assaulted. Oh, and seeing that we have a new little friend who I figure won't last all that long.

Couldn't sleep. Now that the coffee's brewing, I feel as though I could sleep another hour or two.

Washing my blaze orange gear and my dog's blaze orange vest in anticipation of the opening of the spring turkey season here in MA this coming weekend. All those Elmer Fudds will be bwastiing!

I've got tickets to AAA ball for both days of the next two weekends. Woot! That means putting off celebrating my brother-in-law's and my birthday a while longer.

Just back from the testing done this morning. I think I will find something bland to eat then go to sleep.

No evidence of cancer. Good news but will have to wait on pathology report. I do have a rather large stomach ulcer that the doctor can't believe hasn't landed me in the ER yet. So, we will be working on getting that healed.

All in all, decent news.
