I keep getting smaller and my hair is growing out of control. I am reaching the point where I am looking more and more like Cousin Itt.

Might explain why I got an email from the shop where I get my hair cut saying they haven't seen me since August. Made an appointment for Friday.

Why is being stuck on the phone with tech support so damned painful?

Just spent an hour trying to find out why our payroll wasn't going through.  It looks like people will get paid but doesn't look like it will pass over to our general ledger and checking account.  Tomorrow could be a major clusterfuck after today's minor cluster.
