Tobasco is the best for cooking (in my opinion) as it has a great consistency when it comes to guaging how hot you want it to be.

People who eat texas pete should be laughed at. That crap is nothing more than watered down ketchup with a dash of vinegar.

I like mixing a dab of El Yucatecko XXX hot souce in a bowl of ranch dressing to dip my deep fried green beans or french fries in.

Grab the fucking fire extinguisher!!!! My glasses are melting to my face and my breath is peeling the varnish from the table.

My problem is that I have chronic acid reflux. As long as I take my acid blockers, I'm fine and can eat pretty much whatever I want. But if I forget to take my pill, I get torn up with heartburn, especially if I eat something spicy or even just tomato-based like marinara.

I love spicy food,especially Thai, Vietnamese,Szechuan and Indian, but not so hot all I can taste is chilli. Don't know if I like Mexican or Tex-Mex; I've never really had any. There are NO decent Mexican restaurants in this city. I make a chilli con carne I like,but probably not spicy enough for most Mexicans.

Well, we use a lot of different spices for our foods, I personally use many. Not just paprika.

LOL. There is an entire world between using paprika and the vicious peppers Hungarians use in their dishes.

As tasty as paprika is, it describes itself in it's first 3 letters.
