That's very logical of you.

I experience carefreeness currently.

Eh? I've only ever taken, and still am taking, completely legal and prescribed medicatedddddd drugs.....
...to put it simply.... if I wasn't on my medicated drugs... I would be higher.....that's right higher.....
MUCH higher.

Not according to many people here.

Then why do you care to respond? When I'm feeling completely and utterly apathetic: I don't even move due to absence of caring. Which is clearly not what you are experiencing.
I would suggest, rather... that it is 'reckless abandon with no concern for the consequences of one's actions', which is a much more specific condition. But perhaps I'm inaccurate still: would you deign to express (clearly) what it is that you are currently feeling?

Medicated drugs fuck people up (not necessarily in bad ways). Ashton just last night got on an anti-depressant, and today she's supremely hyper and bouncy.
I do not think that mania is equatable with taking say... a psychedelic. For all of one's greatly overvalued understanding of self while manic... the world simply isn't melting before them. It's a wholly different experience than say... acid, PCP, LSD.
And I wouldn't consider mania so much of a 'high' as it is a euphoria.

I am including the connotation of "carefree" which is positive in a "happy" sense so it includes emotion and therefore entails that I am not talking about absolute apathy.
Quote: Which is clearly not what you are experiencing.
Correct. I am not experiencing absolute apathy. I feel good for that, I'm carefree... not careless
Different connotation, different feeling, not much technical difference besides the fact I'm not currently reckless really.
Besides... who mentioned absolutes in the first place?
Quote:I would suggest, rather... that it is 'reckless abandon with no concern for the consequences of one's actions',
Nope, I enjoy caring a little bit right now... I'm just so happy it's hard to care much. Maybe I'm not caring enough. Oh well... can't put myself down again!
Quote:Medicated drugs fuck people up (not necessarily in bad ways).
That can be true sometimes.

That can be good sometimes. It depends on the situation

I would have absolutely no idea.

Although when I first experienced my mania many doctors/nurses believed that I was on high doses of LSD and tested me twice and then questioned me again after finding nothing twice... and I was not believed, and not believed, and not believed.... until someone said that I was telling the truth because, he said, "You're telling the truth... I can see it in your eyes."

I have never ever taken illegal drugs so I can't speak from personal experience. Although I do believe I've met people on drugs and they've been jealous of me
Oh and by the way... euphoria is kind of high.....
Bipolar is about low mood, high mood... or a mixture of ambivalent high and low at the same time.
I hate the mixture the most because it makes me irritable. Low isn't nice though.

Forgive me... you used to be a hyper-literalist... I've taken to simply assuming you mean *exactly* what you say.
Should I continue to do that in general, or just presume you use a more standard interpretation of the English language from now on?

I do believe that it was you what mentioned absolutes in the first place, years ago

Goodness... I hope it will be. I just worry to see her this happy TT__TT I'm certainly not used to it

Sounds like your doctors were on LSD Sorry buddy *hugs*

Oh no, I agree... it's still a high. Just not as high as someone might get from say... that first shot of Heroin

Who knows? I'm too unpredictable to know myself which personality will at least seem to come out of me now.

Irrelevance to this conversation much?
Quote:Goodness... I hope it will be. I just worry to see her this happy TT__TT I'm certainly not used to it
That's terrible.

Nah, I was just supremely high.
"Full blown delusional mania".

That's probably true.... but 1. Which lasts longer? 2. Which is the most fun ultimately? 3. Heroin may jump up on top of a mountain but it can certainly fall off and nastily 4. Who knows how high a mountain a natural high can eventually climb?
Oh... and psychological highs are happier even if they're less pleasurable I reckon
Furthermore... ok I'll stop here.....

On the contrary... every conversation I have with you today is largely based off of previous conversations I have had with you.

I find that the most fun ultimately occurs without getting high at all. Natural conditions last longer in most normal situations... there is of course the type of situation where someone is on a constant 'drip' via say... IV. And with every bit of tolerance gained, the amount is marginally increased.
Not to mention those who never come down from their high... since they die.

Not necessarily... psychological highs can be deeply emotionally traumatic, especially if a loved one is killed during one and they understand that through the high

That could have been me via a natural high. On two occasions.... although the second time I was also low....
Anyhow.... so what is the relevance to a previous conversation or conversations about absolutes?

Well that's true if either 1. It's not just a high but also a low. 2. You're talking about the experience of those not experiencing the high. 3. You're talking about after or in-between the high.

You asked me who started using absolutes anyway... which was you in just about every conversation you have had over 3-4 years

And why can't it be all three and more? We've abandoned logic, haven't we?
