Aspects of modern "morals" that don't make sense

Aspects of modern "morals" that don't make sense
Anti-racism - IMO, slavery is normal and legitimate, and I suspect most believe this also (secretly).

Anti-sexism - Who says it's wrong for a man to hit/physically strike a woman? Who defines this "wrong" beyond what society says? Thinking

Anti-classism - Look, the poor are where they are for a reason, since they lack the genetics to prosper.

Which other aspects of modern "morality" do you question?

Or, you know... you could have made one thread. Just one. And stuck ALL of your bullshit into it... but it's an interesting experiment you're running, and I wish you the best of luck.

Some days I wonder how much trolling I could get out in one contiguous setting without them realizing what I was doing and banning me. Those days I remind myself that even if I did do that... they wouldn't have cause to ban me, because I've enough class to be constructive even through horrific and utter trolling.

To answer your question: all of them
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day

You're only saying this because you're a white muslim.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

The poor are poor because they don't have much money not because of genetics.

But you knew that didn't you, you just wanted to get a rise out of us by being controversial.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Slavery requires that the slaveowner forces a person into bondage - meaning that you deny that person his or her rights of equality.

Now... You previously stated that you had the right to fight everyone who prevents you as a human being his rights.
What is your argument against a slave fighting for his rights against his owner?

Sexism is not just defined through domestic violence and other violent acts directed against women.

Denying women contraception, glass ceiling, lower pay, denyal of equal rights and other factors should also be accounted for.

I question your age.

Are you 15 and just barely managed to read through Ayn Rand?

What is it like reading your first book with more than 50 pages?

Others post worse. Like a certain poster below (I'll come to him later).

Also, bemoan my contradictory nature if you will. If you presume that humans are never contradictory, then this is your fault. People contradict all the time, and it's seen as normal since we aren't perfect lol...

I'm not white, and I generally detest Muslims.

Hmm.. so I am bad when you post continually "I don't give a fuck... who cares what happens, who gives a fuck? lol.." I would say YOU are the most morally apathetic on this forum.

Re: slavery - Humans are cruel. If people got enslaved, so be it.

Re: Women - I support social equality for all. And?

Re: Classism - Most top earners look down on poorer persons, yet due to being polite and/or PC don't publicly admit to it.

And I am 33 years of age. And? I sound childish? Hmm.. this is why society says that many don't truly grow up.

Society outlawed slavery and created the concept of equal rights so everyone can enjoy his or her liberties as they wish without inflicting harm on others.

You are contradicting yourself.

Quote:Re: Women - I support social equality for all. And?

so you oppose discrimination against women?

Quote:Re: Classism - Most top earners look down on poorer persons, yet due to being polite and/or PC don't publicly admit to it.

your point being?! what does that have to do with biology?

Do you know any other person in his or her 30s who creates 20 account on 20 forums and askes the same question over and over again?

And? Morals are transient. Who cares what people in the early 19th century thought? If slavery was re-instituted tomorrow, then it wouldn't matter, as it cannot be categorically denounced.

Also, people contradict. And?

Concerning biology, it depends. Our knowledge of genetics is not total.

As for my age/posting habits, well if people choose to lie and obfuscate the truth at hand, then I will continue to post. If this means "annoying" others, then so be it. Healthy people learn to handle "annoyances".

not true, because slavery requires (as mentioned before) the infringement of peoples rights, and as a society we decided to ban laws and structures which infringe individual right to be more efficiant as a society and to give every person the right to determine their own lives.
By obstructing these rights to self determination - you are also deconstruction your own rights.

Quote:Also, people contradict. And?

I dont know if you are aware of this - but contradicting oneself is something one usualy attempts to avoid since it underlines weaknesses in ones intellectual capacities and makes ones points invalid.

Which does not give the basis for baseless assumtions on racial supiriority.

What does "obfuscate" mean?

And you yourself are not willing to fully explain what you actualy want.

You should be aware that you will probably be banned from this forum if you only seek to annoy people.
